- Project Comments: This development consisted of a 50-storey mixed use development over 7 levels of underground parking. The foundation of the building starts as a triangular shape and transitions to rectangular as it reaches its top. GeoPacific completed the shoring design for the below grade parkade, as well as carrying out seismic surveys, a sediment control plan and geotechnical investigation.
