Kevin Bodnar earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology while working as a geotechnical technologist and joined GeoPacific in 2009 as a project engineer. He subsequently completed his Masters of Engineering degree at the University of British Columbia in 2015, while maintaining his role at GeoPacific. Kevin is registered as a professional engineer in British Columbia and Alberta and is a member of the Vancouver Geotechnical Society.
Kevin began working in the field of geotechnical engineering in 2005 and has experience on a wide variety of projects in the Lower Mainland and elsewhere in BC and Alberta. Kevin is experienced in seismic design, foundation design, slope stability assessments, retaining wall design, shoring design, and soft soil engineering for projects ranging from small residential developments to high rise buildings, tilt-up commercial buildings, port facility upgrades, municipal roads and services, and telecommunication towers.
